1. Production Timelines & Delivery
All items are carefully packaged and dispatched from the Mywalit facility. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working days, with reliable shipping options available at checkout.
2. International Shipping & Restrictions
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our international community. However, please note the following conditions:
- United States Exception: Due to current customs tariff complexities, we do not ship to the United States.
- Duties & Taxes: Recipients of orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are responsible for paying any import duties, customs taxes, or clearing fees applied by destination country laws.
3. Returns Policy
We want you to love your leather accessory. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- You must notify us via email at [email protected] stating your invoice reference and the reason for the return prior to shipping.
4. Quality Guarantee
Every Mywalit leather bag and accessory is crafted to the highest quality standards. If you receive a product with any craftsmanship defect, please contact our support team immediately.
5. Return Shipping & Address
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email notification confirming receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment.
